How to use Branded Tracking in Mybring

In Mybring, you have access to our Branded Tracking solution. Here, you can easily upload your logo, banner, text, and link to your online store to strengthen your brand through the Posten app (Norway) and the Bring app (Sweden and Denmark).

Branded Tracking creates a seamless and personalized customer journey from checkout to package delivery. We enhance the user experience by allowing you to build your brand in the Posten and Bring apps, with the ability to upload visual content and links back to your online store. This contributes to increased branding, traffic, and sales. Here is an example of how it can look in our app:

Upload your company logo in Mybring

  1. Click on the "Marketing" tile or in the menu.
  2. Click on "Logo" in the left menu, or "Upload logo" under "Marketing".
  3. Click or drag and drop to add the file with the logo.
  4. Adjust the logo as needed and click "Save". 

You will see a preview in Mybring.

Create Branded Tracking campaign and upload content

To create campaigns, you need to subscribe to Branded Tracking. This allows you to upload content and strategically build your brand in our apps in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. The subscription is flexible and can be canceled at any time. 

To get started, you need the "Marketing" permission. As an administrator, you can easily grant yourself this permission or request it via your profile. Once you have the permission:

  1. Click on "Subscription" in the left menu.
  2. Check the box to accept our terms and conditions.
  3. Click on "Subscribe". 

With an active subscription, you can create as many campaigns as you want!

How to upload content and create campaigns:

  1. Click on "Campaigns" in the left menu.
  2. Click on "Create Campaign".
  3. Give the campaign a name, and then click "Create".
  4. Click on "Edit" on the relevant campaign to upload or change content.

When you are in the campaign, you can easily upload banners and content cards: 

How to upload a banner:

  1. Click or drag and drop to add the file with the banner image.
  2. Adjust the banner image as needed and click "Save". You will see a preview in Mybring.
  3. Feel free to add a caption for the banner image so that users with screen readers know what the image is.

How to upload content cards:

  1. Click on the "Content Cards" tab.
  2. Click or drag and drop to add the file with the content image.
  3. Adjust the image as needed and click "Save". You will see a preview in Mybring.

Once you have uploaded the content image, you can add text and a link (for example, to your online store) for at least one language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or English):

  1. Under "Content", select at least one of the languages.
  2. Feel free to add a caption for the content image so that users with screen readers know what the image is.
  3. Add a headline, main text, link text, and URL. Click "Save". You will see a preview in Mybring. 

When everything is ready, just scroll back up, select the date for the campaign, and click "Publish Campaign". As soon as the content is approved, we will display it in all our apps.
