On the same page where you can bulk edit user access, you can also control which services are available to users when booking in Mybring:
- Select one or more users you want to change the service selection for by checking the box to the left of the name field.
- Click "Change service access."
- Select the services the chosen users should have on the customer number, and then click "Confirm." If one of the users you have selected does not have the "Booking" right, we will notify you with a yellow box. If you confirm, we will add the "Booking" right for those who are missing it.
- In the user overview, you will also be able to see which rights and services the various users have.
It is also possible to copy the service selection from one user to several. Follow steps 1 and 2 above, and then:
- Under "Copy user access from," select the user you want to copy to the selected users.
- Scroll down if necessary, and click "Confirm."
